Why wait for AngularJS 2.0 to start writing Angular code for the W3C Web Components specifications? With this provider and service you can define, export, import, and use Custom Elements within your AngularJS application or component today. Your AngularJS element directives can now be real, bonafide Custom Element directives. The element properties are bound to your directive $scope, so changes from outside Angular will be reflected internally. Plus other frameworks in the page can share element access including auto notification of any property updates.

This module handles all of the boiler plate, provides an interface very similar to X-Tags, works in all modern browsers (IE9+), and allows you to start future-proofing your code by moving logic and data into custom element components. See the Git repo for more info.
